Signavio SAP Process Manager license clearing

I would like to know how I can establish a process in Signavio Process Manager that automatically removes licenses from an account that has not been used for 90 days. Is there a simple solution for this?

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, there is no automatic solution to remove licences from inactive accounts. However, we can activate a user activity report for you, which will help you to identify inactive users. The removal of these users must then be done manually or via the CSV API.
