Signavio Reference Models

Hey all,

I'm researching Signavio as it was recommended by a few folks in my network. During research, I found a few pages that referenced reference models (like this page: but I can't seem to figure out how to access the library of process models.

I'm not sure how much use we'd get from them but it would be nice to know what's available as it can help to quickstart a project even if we'd need to customize it further.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

All the best,

If you are looking for a Process Framework, which is what is in the link you provided, then at the bottom of that page you will find four frameworks provided externally. We use APQC and ISO 9000. You can also use a search engine to find them directly. Process Frameworks are great for helping you to file your processes in a sensible way.

As far as I am aware, there are no premade specimen processes in Process Manager.

However, it is possible in Process Governance to find specimen processes

Likewise, there are examples in Process Intelligence, but only for SAP processes.

If you're looking for a quick start, you probably need Automated Business Process Discovery which is available from several vendors. It uses machine vision to watch what staff actually do and provides a Process Definition Document which is a fast start on producing a process map.

Hope that helps?
