Hi!

Why do they want to know this?

You at least need the crm* services in path sap/bc/bsp/sap

Additionally you need some public services in path sap/public

And you need some services in node sap/crm

General recommendation:

If your CRM runs in an intranet why don't you activate all ICF services under node default_host?

It can be a very cumbersome job to find out all ICF services you need to run the CRM PCUI successfully. And not in all cases you get a clear message that ICF service xyz is not activated (like e.g. icons in path sap/public).
