Is it possible to show a blank instead of a "#" (not assigned). That is, whenever a value is #, I want to show it as a blank instead of #. Is this possible?
Hi,
Please go to the properties/settings of the query. There you can replace 0 with #, or # with 0, or anyother figure, but I don't think blank is possible.
Thanks,
Saket

You can use a Macro to replace # with a blank.
Hope this helps.
