I'm using versoin 8.5 Dev.
I have a form I'm trying to edit and it has what I would call a field (box) with the value "@ShowFederalTaxID" it seems it is mapped to a field that's called "brnMisc2". I'm trying to see where\how this is done.
I've inherited this report and would like to understand how it works a little better...
Any help would be appreciated

"X1 @ShowFederalTaxID" is a formula. Iam not familiar with CR 8.5 but in the folder list, perhaps there is a listing of Formula Fields. If there is one, expand that and you should see "X1 @ShowFederalTaxID" click on it to see what makes up that formula.

If I chooce from the Menu, "Report\Edit Selection Formula\Record" in the left column there are report fields.
Some are names like this USER_ACSTMT:1.COCUS_Cusid. I don't know what the "1" reprsends but other then that is looks like the table name and field name.
Down the list there are a number of entries that look like "X+1 @ShowFederalTaxID" where are these fields defined?
