Set up tables for LES Transport data - Incomplete database

Hi Experts,

I'm facing a pb when I try to load data from 2LIS_08TRTLP datasource !

I have launched set up table 08, but when I look at my data through RSA3, I have only a few data loaded : after checks, I realized that only Transport with overall status green (statut 5, 6 or 7 in VTTK - STTRG) have been loaded !

It's amazing because I put NO filter during extraction... I want all transport document, it's looks odd that data are filtered at this step (= in Setup tables).

I would apreciate if anybody can help me to fix this issue...

I finally built a specific datasource, as standard extractor were not ok !

Hi Mathieu,

I think that OSS Note 573470 can help you to understand this behaviour:

"Shipment documents and their dependent objects (shipment stages as well as shipment items [deliveries in the shipment]) are only extracted into BW when the Shipment completion status has been set.

This is necessary because the numeric values that result from the delivery documents are only established at the time. If the data were already stored earlier in BW, the shipment data would not be updated if the delivery notes were changed in BW."

More precisely I found this logic under R/3 systems in Function Module VTRBW_SD_SHIPMENT_DATA_SAVE, form shipment_update_mode_determine.
