Service on triggering release production order.

Hello Experts,

I need to create an OData service which should give 1) Production Order Number, 2) Serial number 3) Material Number as an output on the event of releasing production order.

My question is how can we achieve this without using workflow in gateway?

Is the release of production order happening from frontend ot backend? Can you elaborate more on requirement.

Hi Ankit,

The order release is happening from backend and on that release event I need to trigger the service to send mentioned data.

Where do you want to send this data? To frontend as push notification or what?

So on release of PO where do you need to send data to. What will happen to the data/ How will it be consumed by frontend ? Use case please.
