Service cannot be reached - Error Code 403 - reason Forbidden

Hi,

I installed ESS 1.31 on an EP 7.0 SP13. My backend is an ECC 6.03 (EA-HR 603, EA-FINSERV 603, FINBASIS 600). Some of the iViews are working but most iViews in the package "Travel and Expenses" in the folder EhP2 don't work.

I get an error message like the following (for the iView "Create Expense Report")

URL http://<ECC-host>:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/FITE_EXPENSES/ call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system TXX with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

When I go to transaction SICF to default Host -> sap -> bc -> webdynpro -> sap there is no service with the name FITE_EXPENSES (also other services for other iViews are missing).

But I can start the Travel Manager in my ECC system (transaction TRIP) and there I can choose "Create Travel Expense Report" and it works.

So what could be the problem? Could anyone pls help me?
