Hi,

First of all - the 2 Client O/S are not supported for Server installations. Not worth discussing.

for your 3rd attempt, You should check the Installation Logs found in the installation directory, and analyze them for errors.

Now, i will refer you to the Server Admin forum (i will move you thread)

That's the correct file. You need to use a different txt editor to open it .

Hi,

You don't - i'm asking you to investigate the reasons yourself (at this stage)

Pls . start by searching for the errors |E| and make some analysis for your own benefit

When you think you have found something insightful , put that error here, and we can discuss your options.

Frankly, this will probably have to go to a support message, as I suspect your installation messed up. but it's very difficult to explain qualify here.

Hi,

Sounds to me like a problem during installation. You might want to redeploy the web apps to see if that helps .

Else, try again on a clean host. use a supported o/s .

if all else fails, open a support message (OSS) to get help administered remotely.

Regards,

H
