Sending SAP mail to the workcentre

Hi Guys,

Can i send a SAP mail to the workcentre using the standard FM 'SO_OBJECT_SEND'.

Please send me any related documentation or code to achieve the functionality using the above given FM.

Create a cintainer element and store the Workcenter value concatenated with A in front. Use this container element as an Expression in agent assignment.

Hi,

I even am trying to find it out what is the table in which the work center details gets stored.

I need to know,

1) If a workcenter is created, where are the detais stored about the work center

2) once i add users to a work center in which table does this information gets stored..

Any help would be grateful.

Workcenter details are stored in table HRP1001. You can access the Workcenter using Tcode PPSM.

Hi,

Hope when you are trying to send mail to work center , org structure is already in place.

In this case , it would be easier to use the option of Work Center from org structre in send mail step of workflow.

Specify the ID of <i>Work Center</i> in expression of Send mail step to achieve the purpose.
