SENDER RFC Adapter Error: request was <null> while trying to extract it

Hi All,

I have a scenario in which a SAP ERP sends a synchronous request through RFC adapter. The scenario is working but sometimes I get the error below. Any idea? Couldn't find anything on SDN.

Error in processing caused by: java.lang.Exception: RfcServer[CC_ECC_SEND]1[AFSenderD] request was <null> while trying to extract it.

Didn't really help. It may be because of network issues?

Hi,

may be a job is scheduled at r/3 which is generating that rfc req to XI......and sometimes the request data which may be fetched from some tables may be blank, so a null req msg is coming to XI......then you may need to refine the report sending the rfc req msg to XI.........

you may try to do a full CPACache refresh by http://host:port/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
