Hi,

I think it is the data for the user which is set in the job as the user who executes the program. So not per se the user who scheduled the job.

Regards,

Martin

Hi,

I think in the Step definition for this program, the user is set as your Login Id instead of WF-BATCH. I guess this info is useful.

I am not sure I understand what you are asking, but RSWUWFML2 will use as sender the user which is executing the report. The sender address and name will be taken from the user master data.

Hi

While creating the Job where you mention the Program Name there you have the Sender User Id field in the ToP. Just provide WF-BATCH as the SAP User ID> Please make sure WF-BATCH has an email address maintained in SU01 with communication method as Email. Please reward points if helpful

Thanks

Not sure but may be the workflow administrator started workflow manually.
