I am running into an issue with the select expert in Crystal Reports 2008. I made some changes to an existing crystal report by changing the logic in the select expert field. After testing the report, it was running correctly. I then uploaded the report to Astra Schedule for use with our room scheduling.
I now need to make some changes to the report but when I reopen the report, all of the logic in the select expert is gone. I can export the report from the Astra application where it is working correctly and open it in the Crystal Reports and the logic still disappears.
Any idea what is going on?
Ad Astra is an interesting program to work with. We had to contact them directly to get our reports uploaded. We are using Crystal 2008 as well and it's been a challenge. I would recommend contacting Ad Astra and asking them. It was complicated and does need them to step you through it.
