Searching content in a tabel

Hello,

I use a certain data service from sap. Then I get a table as result. normally the table will be very big.

Srcolling and paging is not acceptable for an end user in this case.

I have found no possibility to customize a function to search for a certain object in this table.

is this possible in vc ?

Hi,

You can filter the results of the data service before passing it to the table.

Use the filter operator in VC to do that.

What version of VC are you using?

Hi Uwe,

If you have a filter engine provided with VC StoryBoard, then why should you go for any button? Only you'll have to specify the filter option in the property of the filter engine.
