Hi PI Experts,
I imported SE_SERVICE_PROCUREMENT scenario in the PI system, which I am using to send the supplier from ERP system to my SUS system. After assigning the business systems, the communication channels were generated automatically.
I maintained the missing parameters in the communication channels, then tried to activate the scenario.
I am getting the following error:
Activation of the change list cancelled
Check result for communication channel | <Business_System_Name>|<Communication_Channel_Name_IDoc>
Object Service|<Business_System_Name> does not exist.
Please advice on how to resolve this error.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Thanks
Ranjan
Activation of the change list cancelled
Check result for communication channel | <Business_System_Name>|<Communication_Channel_Name_IDoc>
Object Service|<Business_System_Name> does not exist.
you have to check below steps:
s1: Business system exit / not in sld
s2.import business sysytem in ID and activated then check cache status
s3.check communication channel status.

Thank you very much. While testing the Configuration Scenario, I get the
Step 1: Sender Agreeement -> Sucess
Step 2: Receiver Determination -> Failed
The error is as shown below:
Receiver Determination <Not Found>
Internal Error HTTP connection to ABAP Runtime Failed
Error: 403 Forbidden
URL: <URL>
User: PIDRUSER
In the Receiver Agreement, I have used the IDoc Communication Channel of the respective Business System.
I would require your help in identifying the reason for the system to look for the HTTP Connection & to which system this is referring to.
Thanks
Hi,
probably the user PIDRUSER has an incorrect password
can you please check exchangeprofile if there is an entry with this user and put the pass once more
(then reset exchange profile - or restart PI)
there is also an OSS note:
Note 999962 - PI 7.10: Change passwords of PI service users
which mentiones all the places where those password can be incorrect
