Hello I'm getting the Error below in my trial SCPms Account.
<html><head><title>Error report</title></head><body><h1>HTTP Status 500 - Liquibase unable to initialise database</h1></body></html>
Is it possible to disable and re-enable this Service to resolve this error?

Do you still experience same error message? I just tried, its working very fine to me.
Did you also try after clearing browser caches/cookies? maybe in different browser? (it is just a workaround, not a solution)
If you still see same error message, can you share screenshot ?

well, if you have access to SAP support https://launchpad.support.sap.com/ , you can raise a ticket for your issue.
