Scheduling Issue

Hi Everyone,

One of our User having some strange issue. User not getting data after scheduling one particular report, if same report has been refresh manually, he is getting data.


Scheduling and refresh doing @ BI Launch Pad only.

If the same report schedule with any other user or on behalf of him it’s populating data.

Hi Everyone,

This issue is resolved by changing User BI launch pad preference.  We observed that, user time Zone, language and settings are different when it connects to BO Server. That particular report developed in German language and German time zone. We changed to setting User preference and we got data in scheduling with any issues.

Are you using SSO2DB to view the reports? Please check your universe connection

Prasad, we are not using SSO method to Connect DB. We are using Username/Password method.

Can you put the user temporarily to administrator group and verify whether he can schedule for himself. If yes the schedule access has got removed for the particular report.

Thank you for your reply.

The report is available under user personal folder. If  i login to BI launch Pad with same user account from any other machine it works fine (schedule instance will populate data).
