Scenario could not be started

Hi everyone,

I have an issue on my desktop studio. I've checked my agent-factory connection. But the scenarios could not be started. Any idea for that?

Hi Bengu ALAN,

This might happen only in one of the following scenarios:

1) Improper tenant URL connection with agent or incorrect authentication in the agent. In these cases, a red dot will appear in the agent. So do check that agent is properly registered in the cloud foundry agent section. If this is the case, I would recommend you to go through this document.

2) If you are using the trial account, this might happen when you run out of your trial quota which can be found on home page of cf. In that case, try executing with different account.
