SB alert approved does not transit in active state

Dear all,

I've configured BusinessSystem01 in order to manage smart business alerts and I've configured a SB Alert for an evaluation (see screen-shot n.1 and n.2);

then I click on Approve and the system displays the authorization page but after selecting Authorize the previous page is reloaded and the SB Alert is in Pending for approval insted of Acvite state (see scree-shots n.3-4-5).

Please let me know how to solve the problem.

Hi Luigi,

To configure alerts we need to configure the Oauth Details as shared during the onboarding process. The specific issue you are facing with alert approval is being worked upon and you can track the same over the Support Incident 8000003707.
