Save Personalization and delete Personalization Command

Hi ,

When I try to use the commands Save Personalization and delete Personalization for web templates

for the button grp and when I execute the template and press on the button it popping up the msg Save Personalization not available in this template

Hi

Did you check whether personalisation is activated or not?

If not go to RS_PERS_ACTIVATE transaction code and Activate the personalisation for Web report and Variables personalisation.

This will solve your problem
