SAPUI5 - Opening link in Rich Text Editor body

Hi Experts,

Hope everyone are strong and healthy 🙂

I have a problem with opening a link in a new tab in Rich Text Editor. Can someone please help on this.

Please see the attached screen snaps. when we click on the link, it should open in a new tab.

From where you are trying to open the link? (from UI5 RichTextEditor?)

Hi Mahesh,

I am trying to open the link in Rich Text Editor Body. I am able to open the link in new tab with Cntl Key + left mouse click. But, the requirement is to open the link with only left mouse click / By pressing Enter.

Got the same question. Only the right mouse click>open in new window works.

Finally, I use sap/ui/core/HTML instead of sap/ui/richtexteditor/RichTextEditor, and it works with target="_blank".
