Hello everyone,

I tried to edit the controller of an ALP Fiori element in eclipse by adding these two lines of code, in order to hide the Export to Excel Button:

I am getting the following error when I try to submit changes from Eclipse into the UI5 repository:

Problems during synchronization Error when updating index for UI5 repository POITEMS_MONS1 Failed to delete descriptor of application POITEMS_MONS1 from layered repository Descriptor or variant ui.s2p.mm.poitem.monitors1 is still referenced by changes e.g. apps/ui.s2p.mm.poitem.monitors1/changes/id_..._page.change SAPUI5 repository POITEMS_MONS1 belongs to application component CA

Meanwhile in the Fiori launchpad I get this error:

App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded. Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent "#PurchaseOrderItem-monitorPurDocItems"

I tried to replace the current version with the local history, but everytime the same error is shown and it is not replaced with the local history.

Consequently, the Fiori App is not working at all.

Could someone please help me to identify the issue and solve it? I would really appreciate it.

Thanks a lot

Regards

Dear Ömer,

Unfortunately, it seems to be taking longer than usual for your question to be answered. You might want to try an alternative route to speed things up.

Please check if a similar question has already been asked in the Community. We have found that sometimes questions that have been answered before are no longer receiving responses.

The easiest way to do this, is to visit the All Questions page and search for your specific topic.

You could also check the SAP Support Portal and search for SAP Notes, SAP Knowledge Base Articles and more.

If all of this doesn’t work, I would suggest that you create a support ticket. All you need to do is log onto the SAP Support Portal with your S-user ID and password: http://service.sap.com/message

Thanks,
