Hi , i know this is already asked but from 2015, now a days is possible?, how ? if you have some info i'll be very grateful! where i am is going to implement s4/hana and i'm doing a few courses byt they only use the web ide form sap cloud plataform cockpit

there is a Personal Edition of the Web IDE, if you are looking for a local installation of the tool. You can find more information here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/825270ffffe74d9f988a0f0066ad59f0/CF/en-US/5b8bca3147ee4dfd99be8aaf6bd4f4....

Please notice following information (can be found in the documentation link):

You can use it in one of the following ways:

  • Trial - for test and evaluation purposes for anyone.
  • Productive - for all customers who have a license to productively use SAP Web IDE on SAP Cloud Platform.

thanks, but i don't know if can i use the sap web ide on the cloud but cosuming data from my on-premise server ? , the company must pay for use sap web ide ? or is already integrated with sap s4/hana on-premise?

Please be aware that SAP Web IDE, personal edition is meant to be installed on each developer's machine and not in a central VM to be used by several developers.

i'll be the only developer for now hehe but thanks for remark
