SAP Web AS 6.4 Installation

While installing SAP WAS6.4 on windows 2000 server,I am getting following error in the preparation phase. i have checked , in my system there is no mapped drive.

ERROR 2005-02-18 10:18:15

FSL-06002 Error 5 (Access is denied.

) in execution of a 'FindFirstVolumeMountPoint' function, line (439),

with parameter (
?\Volume{9ff9bf02-fc9e-11d6-9094-806d6172696f}\).

ERROR 2005-02-18 10:18:15

MOS-01235 Module function getInfo of module CIaOsMount failed.

There is some basis problem I think. Could you have some idea, what is the problem.

Are you guys using SAP WAS SP9

Please find the SP9 version at

I never faced problem on installing SAP WAS SP9 on Win 2k server,

Also I had looged in the system as Administrator/[your password]/local computer

also check that you need to have min 6 GB of space in the drive where you are installing the SAP WAS 6.40 SP9

Hi,

Can you check whether you logged as administrator or user which have Administrative rights.
