Can any one tell me where I can download:

"SAP Tools for SQL Server"

Note 683447 refers to the following link:

http://service.sap.com/msplatforms -> SQL Server

But I still can't find "service.sap.com/msplatforms -> SQL Server"

Can anyone help me find this download
