SAP TDMS Problem with Table DMC_INDXCL with Oracle 12c

Hello,

first SAP TDMS ERP time reduced run after Upgrade to Oracle 12c have Problems with activition of table

DMC_INDXCL in TDMS Package - got message ora-00922 missing Option - could not activated this table on DB - never has that before with Oracle 11.2.0.4 - anybody has similiar Problems ? nothing found in Support net - still open a OSS call to SAP as well

If it's useful for anyone, there are two notes referring to this.

2064052 - "ORA-00922: missing or invalid option" error in phase MAIN_SHDCRE/SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/DBCLONE or MAIN_NEWBAS/PARCONV_UPG

2445917 - ORA-00922: missing or invalid option in 12c

The first note stated to check the "COMPATIBLE" parameter was set according to note 1739274, which in our system (12.2.0.1) it was set correctly.

The second note stated that the INMEMORY parameter of the table DDL is not supported < 12c.

On a hunch, I removed the INMEMORY value from the Storage parameters in SE14, and tried to generate the table, and it worked.

So as a temporary workaround, I let the activity fail in the TDMS project, manually create the table, and manually set the activity status to successfully completed.

My guess is that oracle is not picking up the compatible parameter correctly. Will follow up with SAP.
