SAP system copy export running jobs higher than configured

I started system copy export with below details,

Number of jobs in group - Large (4) and Small (3)

When export was running I see running job (8) which is +1 than configured jobs. Any idea why its more than configured?

Even number of packages are different during export and import. How exactly package count is calculated?
