SAP SSAM2210 app update failed issue

Hello experts,

we have requirement for that we have enabled SSAM2210 metadata version and using the 2410 version client downloaded from Google play store in android device.

however when I open the mobile app I am getting app update, when i am trying to get the app update getting error as below :

App update failed, will roll back to previous metadata definitions. Reason: Shared module extension-MapFramework doesn't exist in shared scope default.

Note : Same issue with ios device.

Could you please suggest and help to resolve this issue.

When upgrading it is always recommended to check the SAP Service and Asset Manager - MDK Support Matrix in case there are SAP Notes needing to be applied related to metadata changes. In this case the version you are using is now out of maintenance and not listed as a supported combination.

You may want to use an older MDK / Extension combination that is supported instead of the Play store generic client. You also may want to contact support to see what options you have.
