I tried to download the program twice and both times I face the same error, which says: "Internal error. Setup will exit.". I checked both times did I clicked on the right one aka mac OS version, but it still says the same error.

You have to run ./setup in terminal. After expanding the package, find "setup.sh" inside and run it.
