SAP Solution Manager 7.2 - CCMS Metric "No values for long Time"

Hello!

we are trying to use a custom metric which is supposed to deliver Information about a MTE class in a satellite System.

The Problem: The relevant Data Provider /SDF/E2E_CCMS_MTE is currently throwing an error.

We already found the note 2449619 and therefore checked as recommended.

Unfortunately nothing helped and the Error still exists.

The MTE Class on target System collects the data as defined. The Data Provider though seems not to find any Data though.

Does anyone know the Problem? Do you have any Ideas what the solution might be here?
