Good day!
We have migrated all interfaces from SAP PI system version 7.30 to our new SAP PO system version 7.5.
Upon testing some of the interface in the new PO box, we are encountering this runtime error which states that "User name required to start a PVC session".
The error happens during the execution of the mapping step.
Error log:
com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.BaseRuntimeException; User name required to start a PVC session.
Any encountered this error? What is causing this error? and How was it resolved?
Please advise.

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Team,
Our basis team did not find any issues in the configuration of the system. So what we did was to perform a full cache refresh and restarted the PO system. It has resolved the issue.

Unfortunately just when we thought the restart had permanently resolved the PVC issue, the issue happened again today.
Do more ideas on what could be causing this PVC session error?
