SAP not open after up gradation from 2402 to 250

Thanks for your help,
Sap upgradation is successfully done from 2402 to 250. But now I'm unable to open SAP Application after upgradation from 2402 to 250.
We have also upgraded repository from 2402 to 250 and uninstalled & re-installed sap application from b1_shf network folder. we have successfully open SLD.
But when we open sap b1, then sap is not opening and not showing any error.

I’m unable to run (Select * from CINF) command in common Database please find attachment facing error. Also unable to delete common database. Please guide us how to open sap application.

You need to check SINF in Common DB as mentioned previously.
