SAP MDG CR- Hide Finalize processing and other buttons for unauthorized users

Hi Experts,

Currently, when a change request is pending the approver and another user without the approver role open the CR, they are able to view the below buttons. 

I wish to hide these buttons for the users who don't have the current work items assigned.

Currently, the other users are able to view the buttons but on clicking it, the error message "You are currently not the processor of change request" is displayed. 

Please help me resolve this issue as I am new to MDG.

normally the buttons are visible only for the processors of the task
how do the other users open the CR that they are visible?

Hi,

The users are opening the CR from NWBC-> Display Change Requests.

Honestly, nothing out of the ordinary. But the problem persists across users.

Try to search for OSS notes (or you have some custom coding?)
I've compared "Technical Help" between open CRs where I am and I'm not assigned,
and the difference is that in CR where I'm assigned there is WFSTEP
