Hi All,

I'm sorry i don't know if im at the right topic

I have an issue on SAP Version 740, The SAP crash everytime when i click on Log On icon

I tried to reinstall the SAP and clean all Folders but the issues still remain

Any advice please

Hi Moushine Tayaa,

I'm afraid the topic is not the right one (UI Logging is a data security solution for SAP UI technologies).

If I understand your issue correctly, you have an issue with the SAP Logon Pad (the local installation on your computer that enables you to access SAP GUI systems.

In this case, I would search for answers in the space for "SAP GUI".

Preferable still, it this applies, might be to contact your IT department or log a CSS/OSS ticket with SAP support!
