SAP Intelligent RPA Open Excel Issue - Remote Server Machine does not exist

Hi Everyone,

I am using excel activities to set an array to excel at the end of the process.

When I open an existing excel template or when I create a new excel file I get "Failed to open excel file. Remote server machine does not exist or unavailable" error.

But, at the beginning of the process, I use open excel activity without any error.

I've attached the screenshots here. Could you please help?

I always use '\\' instead of single '\'. It's not a solution for me but thanks.
