SAP GR to SAC/PaPM/COPA or vice versa possible?

We need to be able to accomplish one of the below scenarios. Is it possible with standard functionality? If not then what kind of custom development is required?

1. Load consolidated data (lowest GL account granularity) from GR to SAC/PaPM/COPA for the purpose of top-down distribution and reporting
2. Load distributed data (lowest GL account granularity) from SAC/PaPM/COPA to GR for the purpose of consolidation and reporting

Generally, you need to explore GR API. There are couple for both loading data into ACDOCU as well retrieve consolidated data from ACDOCU

Any idea if the same type of connection works between GR and COPA or PaPM as well?
