SAP Free Tier usage limit exceeded

We are on the SAP Free tier and after multiple deployments of an MTA application on Business Application Studio, Cloud Foundry environment we are getting the below error. But did not exceed the free tier usage limit.

I had this is well but still managed to deploy using cli in bas . I did not reach the limits of free tier but bas was giving me the message when using the deploy function from the menu.

Thank you I am able to deploy using cf commands in the cli. I am still within my free tier limit, need not upgrade to standard.
