SAP Fiori - My Paystub - missing libraries

Hello everyone,

I have installed on our SAP NW GW System 7.40 SPS 3 (embedded) the Fiori application "My Paystub" with

the highest possible support packages for our NW GW System!.

UISRA006 100 SP02

SRA006     600 SP01

No I have the problem during starting the "My Paystub" app that 2 libraries are missing.

In the browser (Debug) I get the following error Messages, see screenshot.

Is there any SAP Note, etc. available for UISRA006 100 SP02 to fix this problem? Can I get the libraries from anywhere?

May be you want to check with this note for performance improvements :

1880406 - FIORI SPS02: My Paystubs SP01 (ODATA) : Please install this new support package SP01, SAP note 1890676 and then SAP note 1880405 corresponding for UISRA006 SP01

also

1949690 will not work may be coz your SAP_UI is below SP06. Its recommended to update your SAP_UI version. If not to the latest, atleast get that to 1.16 and try.Dont upgrade directly to SP08.

sap UI5 version 1.12.7 is pretty old and definitely need to be updated. you could consider upgrading SAP_UI to SP8 which will upgrade the UI5 version to 1.20.0 i guess.

Add-ons for Paystub app are also old i guess. i believe SP3 is available for SRA006 and UISRA006. i can see you have the UISRA006 addon on SP2 where as SRA006 is on SP1. you should have both on the same SP level.

Hi Amit,

for installation of the newest support package for SRA006 and UISRA006 it is also necessary to upgrade a lot of other sw components (dependencies) on the sap system like SAP_GWFND,... a lot of effort. it's curently not possible to upgrade our sap system.

Do you know a workaround or SAP note to fix the problem and get the Paystub application with SRA006 SP01 and UISRA006 SP02 run?

Hi Rene,

Please implement the steps below

1) Note 1949690 to resolve the issue.
2) If you get an error in console cannot read property length of undefined it is due to the error in library  in 1.16.3 which is already solved by library version 1.16.4 and above.

Notes for updating library version for 1.16.*

1953404 SAPUI5 upgrade to version 1.16.7

1945647 SAPUI5 upgrade to version 1.16.6

1940304 SAPUI5 upgrade to version 1.16.5

1931051 SAPUI5 upgrade to version 1.16.4

3) If you get an error PDF does not get display and gives error - "Resource not found for the segment

'PDFPayslips(PersonnelAssignment".

Kindly implement the note 1950417 to resolve the issue.

Hi Pankaj,

I have installed the note 1949690. But still the same problem. The missing libraries are not available.

We are currently on SAPUI5 version 1.12.7
