SAP Fiori filter extension in incident management

Hello Fiori experts,

I am using the standard Fiori app for working on incident. We have a self-defined status "Sent to Support" which is not shown as an entry in the filter box, so that I cannot filter these entries. See screenshot.

How can I add this status to the filter options?

Dear Kent,

I would suggest to create a incident via the SAP Service Marketplace as I can't get why a new status that you customize doesn't show up in filter. If you want to research more on your own please check the OData service, check which entity provides the information for the drop-down and investigate why your custom status isn't taken into account.
