Hello everyone,
One of my customers has ‘SAP DRC - On Premise’ on S/4HANA.
He works with an external partner to send electronic invoices (via a custom integration).
Now he also wants to be able to receive electronic invoices via this partner (Peppol Invoice Document/UBL).
My customer would like to see electronic invoices (Peppol) arrive in his eDocument cockpit, and then send them to VIM process.
His external partner takes care of the Peppol Access Point.
My customer doesn't want to use SAP DRC as a Peppol Access Point (via Cloud edition).
We therefore need to set up an interface between SAP and this external partner.
Does SAP DRC offer standard WS for this type of request?
Would SAP offer the outside partner a way to submit invoices directly to SAP DRC and, consequently, to the eDocument cockpit?
Although the SAP documentation on the topic is somewhat limited, I'm pretty sure that this strategy is possible.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes, SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) provides standard Web Services (WS) for handling electronic document submission and integration. These services allow external systems or partners to submit invoices and other e-documents directly to SAP DRC, which can then process and forward them to the eDocument cockpit.
Standard Web Services: SAP DRC includes standard APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) or Web Services that support integration with external systems. These services enable automated submission of invoices and other document types.
Integration with External Partners: SAP DRC can be configured to allow external partners to submit invoices directly. This is typically done using SAP's middleware solutions like SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) or SAP Process Orchestration (PO). These tools facilitate the communication between external systems and SAP DRC.
Direct Submission to eDocument Cockpit: Once the invoice is submitted via the Web Service, SAP DRC ensures it is processed and visible in the eDocument Cockpit. From there, users can monitor the status, process errors, or submit the documents to the relevant tax authorities.
If you need more specifics on configuration or supported APIs, SAP documentation (e.g., SAP Help Portal or SAP API Business Hub) provides detailed guidelines.

Thanks for your feedback.
Indeed, I found some interesting information, such as :
https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_ON-PREMISE/95a7320cd4054d4e9fed6b5b70f3d004/ff3bdc136ade467c87f...
But on the whole, I find that the documentation on this subject is very light.
Using middleware is an option, Integration Suite is in our landscape.
In my situation, the final purpose is to create the Invoice in VIM (Opentext).
In the end, I'm not sure about using SAP DRC in this context.
