Is it possible to hibernate standard Datasphere services, such as HANA Cloud and Data Intelligence, to reduce costs when they are not in use?

HANA Cloud I understand that it is not possible since it is the engine where DSP is running.Out of curiosity, what resource consumption does DI have if there are no DFs running?
