Can we operate the chat bot through any voice recognition platform or any third party integration in other Web Application such as Visual Studio or Java Script application?

As a beginner , i am searching in the documentation but unable to understand.

How can I leverage the Voice recognition feature using Google Assistant or Alexa or SAP Copilot?

Hello Sandeep,

Hi Sandeep,

Yes always you can do using SAP CAI SDK you can integrate with anything. If you are looking for how you can integrate google assistant with SAP CAI Chatbot, Please have a look at this blog.
