SAP Conversational AI (1000 chats /month)?

Hello Everyone,

I would like to undersatnd the pricing of SAP CAI. As per pricing is concerned according to SAP they give you Block of 1000 chats per month for certain price. What does block of 1000 chats really mean? 1000 questions by the user? how does it work any idea?

Our pricing works by packs of 1000 conversations (or "chats"). One conversation is from the first message from the user until an inactivity of the user of more than 15 minutes. Which means one conversation can contain as many messages as necessary between the bot and the user.

Customer can buy as many packs per month as they want. Total price will depend on the quantity of packs bought by the customer, as presented below.
