Is possible to pre-configure the version of the Business rules that should be made applicable for a future period.? For example, I would like to have a additional discount to be made available during a festival season,Now instead of waiting for the actual time of event, can I configure in advance that a particular rule should be automatically be made applicable during a future period( from a "FROM_DATETIME" to a "TO_DATETIME" where both "FROM_DATETIME" and "TO_DATETIME" are future timestamps?

Hello Veerabhadram,

Rule effectivity is not yet available. Instead you can create versions and write a rule which will determine which revision/version to be invoked during which date duration. First run this decision table rule to determine the revision/version of the rule to be invoked and then call the respective rule service. Hope that helps.
