Hi,
As far as I know, we can extend the Cloud foundry trial account beyond 90 days as well. However, for past few days, I am getting the below message -
Your free trial expires in 0 days. You have already extended your free trial to the maximum usage period, after which your free trial will be deleted along with your data and applications.
I have even deleted the sub account, however, still I am not able to extend the trial period.
I refer the - https://answers.sap.com/questions/12931328/create-new-cloud-foundry-trial-after-90-days.html as well that describes the same issue, however, I am not sure to whom I should reach?
chuergo16 Can you please help?
Regards
Abhi

chuergo16 I have the same problem. I tried to extend my trial account and received the same error: "You have already extended your free trial to the maximum usage period". I then manually deleted the sub-account. What happens next? I have tried re-logging into the trial account but the error message is still displayed.
Thanks. I have created a ticket so the team can investigate. I will let you know when it's resolved.
Hello,
My trial account with user p106363 is not stable in terms of subaccounts
I've a subaccount "trial2" with state always on "update pending" and if I click on it it does not go into subaccount details.
Additionally I have a new account "new_trial" that I cannot assign entitlements. It says saving entitlements but finally it doesn't
Thanks a lot for your help
Hi jonathan.bourne, the issue should be resolved now. Please try to use your CF trial account and let me know if it works as expected.

Hi chuergo16 I have logged into CF and it has created a new trial account. Thank you for your help with this, much appreciated.

Hello all,
Hello chuergo16, I have similar problem. Stuck in the following state:
Despite the statement stating that "After extending two times (e.g. 90 days) your subaccount will be deleted. E.g. all apps and services will be gone and you cannot log in via the CLI anymore. After this point, you are able to start your new trial from scratch via the SCP cockpit.", nothing was deleted automatically.
I manually deleted the 'trial' subaccount, tried to create new
subaccount, but was not able to enable cloud foundry with the error
'Could not create organization: (403)'. So for now it is dead end for
me. Is there any solution for the problem?
Thank you!
Hi max.lysenko, the team was able to fix the underlying issue. Your GA should be automatically deleted within the next 4 days and then you can create a new trial account. If this does not happen, please let me know.
Thanks,
Ceci
Hi, chuergo16, thank you and the team for your help. I will check in four days and reply with the results.
Thank you!

Hi Jose Muñoz Herrera, the issues with the entitlements and your subaccount should be resolved now. Thanks for your patience.
Thanks!

Hi chuergo16, I just checked today and want to confirm that the problem is resolved. On login the trial account has been re-created from scratch starting with the region selection, etc. Thanks again for your help!
Hope that after next 90 days the trial will be correctly reset automatically.

Hi lili_at_sap, the team confirmed the issue is now resolved. You should be able to create a new subaccount on AWS. If you have any other issues, please let me know.
Thanks!

Hi chuergo16 ,
I created a new subaccount yesterday already as I got a tip on my own question, to change the subdomain to something else than <userid>trial. And that worked. So I hope everything is resolved now. Thanks a lot for all your help!
Hey Cecilia Huergo,
I have used the first 30 days of the trial and unfortunately it is not possible to press the button "Extend Free Trial", because it is greyed out. And this has been going on for a few days now...
I hope there is a workaround for
Thank u very much
Hi Martin,
I'm sorry you're having issues with your trial account. I can have the team have a look, but I would need your Global Account name. Should start with P...
Thanks,
Ceci
Hi Martin, sorry just realized you have an S user. Just sent the information to the team. I will let you know as soon as it is resolved. Thanks!
Hi Martin, your account was extended for another 30 days. If you had running apps, you'll need to restart them. If you have any other issues, please let me know.
Thanks,
Ceci
Hi Rick, the Extend Free Trial appears in the cockpit, not in Business Application Studio. Please login to your trial account. You should be able to extend the trial period from there: https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com/trial/#/home/trial
Hope that helps!
Hi Abhi,
I am checking with the team and will get back to you as soon as we have a fix.
Thanks,
Cecilia

Hi Daniele,
The team is still investigating this trial extension issue. I will provide an update as soon as possible.
But what do you mean exactly with "no access to CP services"? If you have access to your space, you should see them in the Service Marketplace. Can you maybe provide a screenshot, so I can better understand the problem?
Thanks,
Ceci

Hi, for me it is also not possible to extend the trial. Should the issue be resolved in the meantime?

I just checked and the issue is not yet resolved finally. However, it seems that has been a "hotfix" that will allow some(all?) users to create new subaccounts now.
Can you try again?
