Trying to use SAP CAL in Middle East region. But inspite of subscribing to CAL, the region is not available.
Any further advise how this can be achieved and if the CAL will work in the ME region.

Looking at the other question that you've asked I'd assume that you are interested in Azure. I'd recommend to use the data center in Singapore (Southeast Asia) as most of the VM sizes are available there and it is not at the other side of the globe.
