SAP C4C - Workflow Rules, Push notification

Good morning.

I am a C4C developer.

I want to send a notification through a workflow rule.

I used push notifications, and it happens normally.

When you click the notification button, the contents are also called normally.

However, the expression "red circle" that the notification has come will not occur. Do you know the cause?

Also, I want to use'email', not notification.

owever, uploading of HTML template generates the following message and cannot be saved. Do you have any additional action related to "standard setting"? Please help me.

Hi dhann,

For this you need to add text/html in allowed MIME types under business configuration -> Activity List -> Allowed MIME Types for Documents.
