History of the problem:

  • An app was developed in SAP BAS and deployed to Cloud foundry
  • The App was included in SAP Build Work Zone content, but it turned out that intent navigation was incorrectly configured (As per note 2965719)
  • The app was undeployed corrected in SAP BAS, then deployed again. This was done several times because semanticObject and action settings did not seem to take effect
  • At some point the content channel could not be updated any more due to error described below
  • At the moment the app is undeployed from Cloud Foundry but still shows up in content channel, without the semanticObject and action as in the first incorrect version

 

The app is currently undeployed:

Was trying but after just 😪 8 days answer was:

Limitation of a free-tier plan of SAP Build Workzone

  • The free tier is not supported by SAP product support. Product support is only for paid services. Further details on this can be seen in the document: Trial Accounts and Free Tier | SAP Help Portal
  • "Only community support is available for free tier service plans, and these are not subject to SLAs"  - As per the document above product support cannot assist you with this issue. If you need further assistance with this issue, please create a community post.

Fair answer. If you have access to a paid environment try to replicate the issue and file the case again.
