SAP Build process automation - Document Template - Error

Hi,

We built a process using SAP Document Information Extraction Using Templates, and it worked fine.

Now we created new subaccount and we move our project there, but we are getting an error when we try to create/change/use a template.

The message is "SAP_IPA_28014: The requested Document Information Extraction service operation could not be completed. Call to Document Information Extraction failed with status 400 BAD_REQUEST.

I checked and I have the role collection ProcessAutomationDeveloper that contains the role Document_Information_Extraction_UI_Templates_Admin.

What else can be missing?
