SAP BTP Cockpit free trail account - error "Service" broker

I am encountering an issue when attempting to execute the boost, which consistently fails with the following error message:

Service broker error: "Service" broker apimanagement-apiportal-trial failed with: "Forbidden"

In addition to this, I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Manually creating an instance of the service.
2. Re-creating the sub-account associated with the service.

Unfortunately, neither of these approaches resolved the issue, and the error persists.

Does anyone happen to know what it could be?

I tried to add an instance for API Management and API Portal, but it does not work. I have already assigned the role APIPortal.Administrator.
